GROUNDBREAKING OF PNP PABAHAY PROJECT  IN ABRA

PROCOR Regional Director PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR., graced the groundbreaking of the PNP Pabahay Project of San Quintin, Abra, on June 27, 2023.

Also, present to witness the ceremony were PCOL RONALD V GAYO, Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO); PCOL FROILAND LOPEZ, the Acting Provincial Director of Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO); PMAJ RICO SARO, the Acting Chief of Police of San Quintin Municipal Police Station; and PMAJ DANIEL PEL-EY, Acting Chief of Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit (PCADU).

In their message, Brgy. Chairman Eddie Bisquerra of Vila Mercedes and Hon. Mayor Jovellen D Asnar lauded the Abra police force under the leadership of PCOL LOPEZ for maintaining peace and order in the province. Further, they also expressed their commitment to supporting the plans, programs, and projects being implemented by the Abra PPO.

As part of the program, Hon. Aznar and PBGEN PEREDO, JR led the burying of the time capsule, which comes with the blueprint of the construction design and symbolizes the good and strong partnership between the PNP and the Local Government Unit of San Quintin.

PBGEN PEREDO, JR., in his message, expressed his appreciation to the Local Government Unit of San Quintin under the leadership of Hon.
