Ten -year-old Friazelle Kate Dela Rosa was crowned as Little Miss Panagbenga 2023 during the coronation night held on March 5, 2023 at the Malcom Square, Baguio City.
Friazelle (candidate no. 6) bested 19 other candidates who vied for this year’s title.
First runner-up was Sczaiya Cha Requilman (Candidate no. 20) followed by Zaphira Jugal (Candidate no.18), 2nd runner-up; Zoey Luxx Van Cleave (Candidate no.14), 3rd runner-up; and Lian Rian Lazaro (Candidate no. 11), 4th runner-up.
