According to the DTI advisory, DTI Marinduque invites everyone to join the exciting Fiesta Haraya happening on December 2-4, 2024 at the Marinduque State University auspices, Brgy. Tanza, Boac, Marinduque! The schedule Highlights are as follows: December 2. Opening Ceremony: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Workshops: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM; December 3, Workshops: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; December 4, Workshops: 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN; Closing Ceremony: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Among the slated workshop are as follows: contemporary hiphop dance; cultural sensitivity and management forum; realism painting; sculpture class; events planning and hosting; kalutang class; digital marketing and creative design; and feature photography. The first edition of Likhai took place last year, celebrating Marinduque and fostering diversity.
