DUTERTE LEGACY CARAVAN

AT YOUR SERVICE: As part of the Duterte Legacy Caravan, police officers of 2nd Abra Provincial Mobile Force Company and the Philippine Army together with partner agencies conducted an outreach activity in Barangay Supo, Tubo, Abra.

Located in a far-flung area, the police officers, the army, and the partner agencies have to travel for almost three hours to reach the said barangay.

With the theme “Pagkakaisa ng Mamamayan at Pamahalaan Tungo sa Pagbangon, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran”, the participating agencies were able to distribute food packs to 160 residents while 84 elementary pupils received school supplies and hygiene kits.

As part of the program, free services such as medical and dental consultation with free vitamins, medicine, and facemasks were provided to the residents.

Also, the team has distributed fingerlings to the chosen beneficiaries and offered scholarships and livelihood programs to the residents. (PROCOR-PIO)
