Deliberation of BAGPTD Plans and Program CY 2024 in a round-table of 6th Regular Meeting

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet – Members of the Battalion Advisory Group For Police Transformation and Development (BAGPTD) conducted the 6th Regular Meeting in Log Cabin, Camp Major Bado Dangwa on December 8, 2023.

The meeting was presided over by BAGPTD Chairperson Hon. Vladimir D. Cayabas together with BAGPTD Vice-Chairperson Ms. Khristine E. Molitas and BSMU Secretariat PSSg Alexis Dwight Supsupin also attended by members of Sectors.

Chair Cayabas presented, reviewed, and adoption of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting

Particularly the Crafting of Internal  Rules and Procedures.

PSSg Supsupin presented the content of Resolution 2023-005 amending Terms of Reference “ Chair Cayabas discussed the history of amending the Term of Reference / IRP to the members in 2018 to present the IRP have been discussed and amended up until now and the secretariat should consolidate the action items regarding on the IRP that was reviewed and signed by the members on the previous resolution.

PSSg Supsupin presented the active and inactive members and he also summarized the Plans and Programs for CY 2024 such as Building and Sustaining Commitment and Collaboration, Intensification of Community Relation Activities, Morale and Welfare Improvement, Capacity Enhancement of the RMFB15, Document Review,  and Creation of Linkages with Other Advisory Councils.

It was also presented and explained the Tarabay 2023 which has been a guide and gives advice. Tarabay 2023 is a collective term that refers to the short and long-term plans and programs of the BAGPTD as it assists and guides the RMFB15 in achieving its vision by the year 2030.
