Culminating of the29th National Crime Prevention Week in PRO Cordillera

The Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO Cordillera), together with Hon. Adrian Carlos A. Bersamin, the Assistant Secretary, Office of the Executive Secretary to the President, culminated the 29th National Crime Prevention Week in a simple ceremony held at PRO Cordillera in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on September 11, 2023.

The activity coincided with the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony hosted by PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR., PRO Cordillera Regional Director, and was attended by PBGEN PATRICK JOSEPH G ALLAN, the Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA); PCOL RONALD V GAYO, the Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO); PCOL JULIO S LIZARDO, Chief Regional Staff (CRS); Regional Staff; Chiefs of the Regional Support Units; and other PRO Cordillera personnel.

Gabriel Francisco, the Regional Coordinator of the Speakers Bureau, delivered the invocation, while PMAJ DENCIO A DAYAO, of the Benguet Police Provincial Office, led the recitation of the Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas and the Police Officer’s Pledge.

As a highlight of the ceremony, ASEC, Bersamin, and PBGEN PEREDO, JR., led the awarding of PNP Medals to six (6) different units of PRO Cordillera for their notable accomplishments, while certificates of appreciation were presented to the PDEA-CAR, Military Intelligence Group 41, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency-CAR, Coast Guard Intelligence Group North Western Luzon, and 54IB, 5ID, Philippine Army.
