Council recognizes Aliwan Digital Queen 2022

City officials commended and congratulated Marikit A. Manaois for being crowned the Aliwan Fiesta Digital Queen 2022.

In a resolution, local legislators stated that showing both beauty and wit, Ms. Manaois serves as an inspiration to all young ladies not only making her family proud but the entire city as well with this accomplishment.

Aliwan Fiesta is an annual event that gathers different cultural festivals of the country in Star City Complex in Pasay City that highlights tourism, among others.

The council claimed that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, its Reyna ng Aliwan has gone digital similar to other local, national and international competitions.

Ms. Manaois is a graduate of the Baguio-based St. Louis University (SLU) where she completed her degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management.

At present, she is currently working as a zero-waste ambassador in a waste treatment company. She has also been active in both academic and non-academic activities where she achieved honors in both. – Dexter A. See
