Cordi women’s law enforcer finding ways for a resilient leadership in the new normal
Thirty (30) Women’s Police Officers from the Cordillera region of Abra, Apayao, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, and Baguio City Police Office participated in a two (2) days seminar of a Women in Law Enforcement Conference, the theme: “Resilient Leadership in the New Normal” from October 12 to 14, 2022 held at City Light Hotel.
PLTCol. Kimberly E. Molitas – Assistant Chief, PNP Liaison Office for the Office of the President, Office of the Chief Philippine National Police was the Guest of Honor and speaker.

Also with the support of esteemed speakers are: Ms. Natividad Sugguiyao – Cultural Development Worker and Culture-Bearer discussed the Role of Culture in Women Empowerment, PCol. Portia B. Manalad – Deputy, Women and Children’s Protection Center shared about Gender Mainstreaming, Ms. Khristine E. Molitas – Corporate Trainer and Community Volunteer discussed Mental Resilience in Community Policing During Crisis, and PLTGen. Benjamin Santos Jr. – Deputy Chief PNP for Operations presented the topic of Policing and Moving Forward in the New Normal.
With the presence also of PNP RMFB15 Cordillera, Highway Patrol Group, and CIDG-CAR.
