Let us together to view enjoy and experience at least 400 works of art submitted for exhibition from more than a hundred participating artists representing local artists, from diverse backgrounds, showcasing talents from Baguio, Laguna, Pangasinan, and Abra including the gentil Roland Bay-an, and magnificent works of the Pasakalye Group of artists headed by Maricar Docyogen.

Judge Bawayan also inspired by the artworks of the artist, she said, “First, there is the subject matter itself like you I have quite an interest admittedly in the pleasure, promulgation, and passion that arts bring, arts pick our wondering interest.
“We are here primarily to view enjoy and experience at least 400 works of art submitted for exhibition from more than a hundred participating artists representing local artists, from diverse backgrounds, showcasing talents from Baguio, Laguna, Pangasinan, and Abra including the gentil Roland Bay-an, and magnificent works of the Pasakalye Group of artists headed by Maricar Docyogen.
