City mourns the passing of Padre Burgos barangay official

Mayor Benjamin Magalong ratified city council resolution no. 236, series of 2023, “Expressing deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences of the officialdom and constituency of the City of Baguio to the bereaved family of the late Henry A. Madayag, kagawad of Padre Burgos barangay.”

The measure disclosed that Madayag served as kagawad of the said barangay for 13 years from 2010 up to the time of his demise.

“During his stint, he was known as a selfless and dedicated public servant having unselfishly shared and contributed his time and efforts for the development and progress of his constituency, barangay, and the city,” it stressed.
The resolution pointed out that Madayag’s dedication to public service and full support to the projects, programs and activities of Padre Burgos barangay and the city “are good values of a leader-servant worthy of appreciation and recognition.” – Gaby B. Keith
