City mourns demise of former Pinsao Pilot Project barangay official

Mayor Benjamin Magalong signed city council resolution no. 538, series of 2023, expressing the deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences of the officialdom and constituency of the city of Baguio to the bereaved family of the late Lydia Cunning Culos, former kagawad of Pinsao Pilot Project barangay.

The approved measure stated that Culos faithfully served the said barangay for 16 years and passed away on August 24, this year, at the age of 73.

She was barangay kagawad for four terms from 1997 to 2002, 2002 to 2007, 2007 to 2010 and from 2013 to 2016 “dedicating herself to the betterment and progress of the community.” “The people of the City of Baguio recognizes and salutes the sacrifices Culos made and the tireless efforts she put forth in fulfilling her duties and responsibilities as a public servant, working tirelessly for the upliftment of the lives of those she served,” the resolution stressed. – Gaby B.
