CITY AWARDS OUTGOING BCPO CITY DIRECTOR

PCol Francisco Bulwayan Jr. is awarded with a Placque of Commendation in grateful recognition of his exemplary leadership, dedication and outstanding service as head of the Baguio City’s Finest for the year 2022-2024. The plaque was given by Mayor Benjamin Magalong with Congressman Marquez Go and city council members during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio city hall grounds.
