CHINESE NEW YEAR AWARDEES

The Baguio Filipino Chinese community fetes this year’s chosen outstanding citizens during the Spring Festival dinner reception program held recently.

The community headed by chairperson Peter Ng awarded George Tan Ong Cua and Mike Wang Tiu in the business sector category, Baguio Tourism Council chair Gladys Vergara de Vera, Eugene Valbuena, and Ramon Jacinto who were cited for their efforts in tourism, public service, and community service, respectively.

The awardees are Fernando Tiong, Thomas Kho, Engr. Kane Chanbonpin, chair of the awards committee, Jose Tajan, Roland Wong, Paul Go, Alex Sia, and William Tui. Contributed Photo
