Cayabas filed a CoC for his third term in the Council

BAGUIO CITY  – (October 6, 2024) Councilor Vladimir D. Cayabas filed the Certificate of Candidacy alone at the Baguio Convention and Cultural Center with his supporters.

Cayabas has decided to run for his third term in the coming midterm election on May 12, 2025, so that he can continue to serve the constituents for the good of our people in Baguio City.

He holds in committee as the Chair on Education, Culture, Creativity, and Historical Research.

According to Cayabas, he will remain under Timpuyog as a local party because he started in Timpuyog so he wants to be aligned with their political party.  Photo by: Mario Oclaman //FNS
