CAREER AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT AWARD

The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), The Asia Foundation awarded May Joyce Dulnuan of the Baguio City Public Library the “Career and Self-Development Award” for her earning an academic degree of Master in Library and Information Science from the Benguet State University in 2023. The award was given to her last August 25, 2023, at the Epifanio Delos Santos Auditorium in Manila.

Miss Dulnuan is also commended by the city government led by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan with members of the city council during the Flag raising ceremony in recognition of her dedication and determination to be a better public servant and ensure that the Baguio City Public Library delivers excellent service at all times.
