BENGUET PPO WELCOMES NEW TOP COP

PCOL JOSEPH P BAYONGASAN officially assumed his post as the new Provincial Director of Benguet Police Provincial Office (PPO), following the Assumption of Command Ceremony held at the Benguet Police Provincial Office, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on February 16, 2024.

PRO Cordillera Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, graced the said momentous occasion as the Guest of Honor & Speaker, and Presiding Officer.

As the highlights of the ceremony, PCOL ARNOLD D RAZOTE, the Chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division, read the termination order of PCOL DAMIAN D OLSIM as the outgoing Provincial Director of Benguet PPO and the designation order of PCOL BAYONGASAN as the new Provincial Director.

In his assumption of office message, PCOL BAYONGASAN expressed his sincere gratitude to the PNP leadership who entrusted him with the responsibility as he urged the utmost cooperation and support of all the Benguet cops under his command, as they work together for peace and order of the province.

PCOL BAYONGASAN was the former Chief of the Regional Intelligence Unit-14 before taking the helm of Benguet PPO.

Meanwhile, PBGEN PEREDO, JR thanked PCOL OLSIM for all his support and the peacekeeping projects he accomplished, being the outgoing Provincial Director of Benguet PPO.
