BCPO Tops Unit performance evaluation rating

BAGUIO CITY – (February 7, 2023) The Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) under the leadership of PCOL FRANCISCO B. BULWAYAN JR. topped the PROCOR’s Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the month of January 2023 garnering a 93.94% rating.

Among the seven PROCOR Units, BCPO remains no. 1 for three consecutive months from November 2022 to January 2023.

The performance rating was based on administrative and operational compliance and accomplishments.

BCPO’s vigorous efforts in implementing discipline, ensuring personnel morale and welfare assuring placement and promotion, and managing personnel and records are in adherence to the PNP UPER parameters.

The Philippines National Police (PNP) developed the UPER System as a standard evaluation tool to assess the performance and progress of all PNP offices/units around the country.  # (PR BCPO File photos)
