BAGUIO IMPROVES COMPETITIVENESS STANDING IN 2021

Baguio City improved its ranking in the 8th Annual Regional Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) by placing 17th as overall most competitive local government unit under the highly urbanized city category for 2021.

The city along with the other most competitive local government units (LGUs) for 2020 and 2021 in the region were recognized by the Department of Trade and Industry Cordillera Administrative Region (DTI-CAR) and the Regional Competitiveness Committee during the 7th and 8th Annual Regional Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) Recognition Ceremony held online last February 17.
