AIDS CANDLELIGHT MEMORIAL

The City Government of Baguio held the AIDS Candlelight Memorial Ceremony during flag-raising rites at the City Hall grounds on May 23 with the theme, “Keeping the light, Honoring our Rights, Radiating Pride”.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan led other officials in the event including City Health Officer Dr. Rowena Galpo, Assistant Health Officer Dr. Celiaflor Brillantes, Health Committee Chair Councilor Joel Alangsab and other members of City Council and the Baguio AIDS Watch Council.
