Pabahay Handog ng Benguet PPO Turn-Overs another two new houses
Two families will now be staying in the comfort of their new homes as Benguet cops finally turned over two newly built houses in Kapangan and Tuba.
In Kapangan, Mr. Dinson Parista, 66 years old together with his wife and 5 children will now be staying in their new house built by the Kapangan cops.
According to Kapangan MPS, seeing the small abode of the Parista family, they were moved and have decided to make them as their “Pabahay Handog” beneficiary. The house is made up of patched iron sheets, rice sacks, plastics, and with a weak foundation,
From July 15, 2021 to December 13, 2021, the police officers and some volunteers from the community have worked together for the construction of the said house.
And on January 25, 2022, in a simple house blessing, they officially turned over the house to the Parista family.
Meanwhile, in Tuba, police officers of Tuba MPS have decided to create a house for Mr. Rizal Buyagao, 37 years old together with his wife and two children.
Living only in a small โbarong barongโ constructed using dilapidated iron sheets and plastic, the personnel of Tuba MPS was determined to give the Buyagao family a decent house to live in.
From the voluntary contributions of Tuba cops, together with the donations and manpower given by generous stakeholders and residents, they were able to start the construction on September 9, 2021, and was completed on January 27, 2022.
The house was officially given to Mr. Buyagao and his family in a simple Turnover and House Blessing ceremony on January 28, 2022.
Since 2021, a total of 11 families have benefited from the Benguet PPO’s “Pabahay Handog”. (PROCOR-PIO)
