AWARDING OF STARTER TOOLKITS TO PUSO TI KABABAIHAN

Deputy Speaker Kristine Singson led the awarding of Starter Toolkits, including oven, mixing bowls and measuring cups, to members of the Puso ti Kababaihan in the 2nd District of Ilocos Sur who have successfully completed the Free Skills Training in Bread and Pastry Production NC2 with TESDA Provincial Skills Training Center head, Engr.
