Apayao COPS gift gives to Agta Tribe in Luna

As part of their “Pamaskong Handog” for the community, police officers of Apayao Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare (DSWD) and Alternative Learning System (ALS) – Luna District, conducted a gift-giving activity to the Agta tribe in Sitio Twek, Brgy Bacsay, Luna.

As part of the event, the team distributed pairs of slippers and umbrellas to a total of 15 children, and 12 hygiene kits & 30 packs of assorted groceries to the parents in the community.

Moreover, to share awareness on various advocacies of the PNP, they also conducted lectures on Violence against Women and Children (VAWC) and various deceptive propaganda of Communist Terrorist Group. (PROCOR-PIO)
