COPS conduct community outreach and feeding program in Tineg

In Abra, police officers of Tineg Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with the Philippine Army conducted a #BARANGAYanihan outreach activity and feeding program in a school in Sitio Mapuser, Brgy Apao, Tineg.

According to Tineg MPS, in support of the Children’s Month Celebration, they conducted an outreach, gift-giving, and feeding activity for the learners of Apao Elementary School.

The police officers distributed gift packs and conducted a feeding activity to a total of 30 learners of the school from kindergarten to grade 6.

Also, as part of the activity, the team taught the children some action songs and lectured on anti-bullying, respect for elders, and the importance of education.

Further, NUP of Tineg MPS, Mrs. Lengrace Magalim, and her son Zachary Valencia, who celebrated their birthdays has distributed grocery packs to at least 20 households in the area. (PROCOR-PIO)
