MOA SIGNING

A virtual ceremonial signing of the memorandum of agreement was held this morning at the City Mayor’s Office between the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) and the City Government of Baguio represented by Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Engr. Felipe Puzon. Both agreed to collaborate and cooperate on the areas of intelligence, investigations training and capacity building related to cybercrime prevention, suppression and prosecution. The City Government shall provide the venue and supplementary technical support for the conduct of training and other activities as co-hosted with the CICC who will conduct training sessions geared toward the enhancement of theoretical, technical and legal knowledge on cybercrime prevention. The City Government will designate and select LGU personnel, representatives of the Government agencies and non-government agencies and various sectors who shall participate in the training and capacity building sessions.
