MOA SIGNING FOR RESETTLEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Signing of Memorandum of Agreement led by city officials Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Congressman Mark Go and Vice-Mayor Faustino Olowan between the National Housing Authority (NHA) Regional Director (Region 1 & CAR) Engr. Maria Belinda Sevalla, wherein the said project is the Construction of Two (2) Low Rise Building (LRB) with 64 units in Baguio Luna Terraces, located at Luna Street barangay, Irisan, Baguio City.

The lot area is 18,000.00 sq.m (9,000 sq.m + 9,000 sq.m), Lot no/s. T-35737 and T-35739. This is for intended beneficiaries to those Qualified Socialized Housing Beneficiaries including City Government Employees.

The proponent and developer/contractor will be the Local Government Unit and the estimated project cost is P49,962,978,00, the proposed project duration will be 240 calendar days.
