PRO-CAR RD DAVID K. PEREDO JR. visits the Hagiyo Cops, Ifugao Police Provincial Office
As part of his ongoing efforts to assess operational effectiveness and boost personnel morale, the Regional Director of the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO CAR), PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, visited the Haggiyo Cops of the Ifugao Police Provincial Office (PPO) on February 4, 2025.
Upon arrival, PBGEN PEREDO, JR, was warmly received by PCOL JEREMIAS G OYAWON, Provincial Director of Ifugao PPO, and was honored with a traditional welcome dance performed by the Haggiyo Cops. He was accompanied by PCOL JEFFERSON P CARIAGA, Chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division, and PLTCOL CAROLINA F LACUATA, Chief of the Regional Public Information Office.
During his command visit, PBGEN PEREDO, JR. took the opportunity to personally engage with the personnel and conducted a “Talk to Men” session. He emphasized his three-fold leadership agenda: “Disiplina at Dasal” (Discipline and Prayer), “Kakayahan at Kaunlaran” (Capability and Progress), “Pagmamahal at Pagtupad sa Tungkulin” (Passion and Commitment to Duty)
He underscored the importance of discipline, integrity, and dedication in law enforcement, urging the Haggiyo Cops to uphold these values in all aspects of their service. He also highlighted the need for patience, outstanding performance, and unwavering commitment to duty in effectively serving the community.
