BENECO READY FOR TD GENER AND TS PULUSAN

Closely watching developments from the weather bureau, the Benguet Electric Cooperative (BENECO) has prepared needed personnel, equipment and materials on standby for quick dispatch once the Cordillera Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (CDRRMC) declares a red alert.

Pursuant to the BENECO Emergency Response Plan (ERP) protocols, the cooperative has been on alert since Sept. 11. Ramel Rifani, Network Services Department (NSD) manager and BDERP head, reminded the ERP team of their duties and responsibilities.

The coop is keenly watching developments for typhoons Gener and Pulusan. (LSI)
