DRUG PEDDLERS NABBED IN BAGUIO BUY-BUST

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad Benguet- Joint operatives of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) and PDEA-CAR arrested two drug personalities in a buy bust-operation in San Carlos Heights Irisan, Baguio City in the night of March 4, 2021.

Stephen Vincent Medina Peralta, 32 years old, resident of Soldiers Hills Village, Muntinlupa City and Ezekiel Dela Cruz, 33 years old native of Mandaluyong City, both unemployed, were arrested after they sold two sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 5 grams with an estimated Standard Drug Price of Php 34,000.00 to the operatives who acted as a poseur-buyer.

According to PCOL ALLEN RAE F CO, City Director of BCPO, Peralta is listed as High Value Target while Talam is a newly identified drug personality.

In the course of their arrest, another three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less Php 13,600.00, several empty plastic sachets placed inside a power bank and three keypad cell phones were recovered from the black sling bag of Mr. Peralta.

Confiscated items were marked and inventoried on-site witnessed by Punong Barangay Arthur Carlos, Media representative, Charles Nikko Limon of RNG Luzon and Prosecutor Oliver Isabelo  D. Prudencio.

Suspects will be facing charges for Violation of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.  (PROCOR RPIO)
