SALENG FESTIVAL 2024 CALENDAR

City Environment and Parks Management Officer Atty. Rhenan Diwas with Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, and city council members formally unveiled the Saleng Festival 2024 Calendar of Activities during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony.
