Hedcor drives community development in the Cordilleras

Hedcor, an AboitizPower Renewable Energy Asset Manager, drives community growth in Benguet and Mt. Province through its renewable energy projects and community development programs focused on infrastructure improvements and installation of solar street lights among others.
Hedcor has distributed more than P10.49M worth of community shares to Benguet and Mt. Province, generated from the 2023 total energy sales of La Trinidad Hydro, Irisan 1 & 2 Hydros, Bineng 3 Hydro, Ampohaw Hydro, and Sal-angan Hydro in Benguet; and Sabangan Hydro in Mt. Province.

Pacquiao added that these community engagements strengthen Hedcor’s ties with Benguet and Mt. Province, moving toward a future where clean energy powers prosperity for all—aligning with Hedcor’s strong stance on environmental stewardship and the overall well-being of the locals.
Benguet received P8.05M worth of community shares while Mt. Province accepted P2.44M. (PR)
