3 most wanted person in Municipal and City levels nabbed

The Police Regional Office Cordillera’s 2-day police operations from March 2 to 3, 2021 led in the arrest of two most wanted persons in the Municipal Level and one in City Level.

Suspect Felix Dagdagan, 30 years old, was arrested at Camp 1, Tuba, Benguet by operatives of Apayao PPO and Tuba MPS on March 2, 2021 by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francisco Donata for the crime of Double Murder. The arrested person has a monetary reward pegged at Php 145,000.00 and is listed as Number 1 Most Wanted Person in the Municipality of Sta. Marcela, Apayao.

Furthermore, on March 3, 2021, Smith Paldeng Doyum, 30 years old, farmer, was arrested in Barangay Manag, Conner, Apayao by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Victor R Cumigad for the crime of Frustrated Murder with a bail recommended at Php200,000.00. Suspect is listed as Number 2 most wanted person for the first Quarter 2021 in the Municipality of Conner, Apayao.

Meanwhile, in Barangay Gabriela Silang, Baguio City, operatives of Pacdal Police Station (PS-3) and other support units arrested Marlon Navalta Pano, 43 years old, fitness instructor, on March 2, 2021 for the crime of Illegal Recruitment in Large Scale by a Syndicate with no bail recommended.

Arrested person is listed as Number 8 Top Most Wanted Person, City Level for the 1st Quarter 2021. (PROCOR RPIO)
