The opening ceremonies started with a prayer and blessing that was conducted by Rev. Fr. Menard V. Cadeliña, Assistant Parish Priest of Our Lady of Pillar Parish. It was witnessed by the staff, several mall officers, local media practitioners, vloggers and mall goers.
