RESERVIST OFFICER OF THE YEAR 2022-2023

Cdr. Anthony De Leon has been consecutively adjudged as the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) reservist Officer of the year for 2022-2023. Cdr. De Leon is known for serving as the Officer-in-Charge of Naval Forces Reserve – Northern Luzon in Dagupan City, Pangasinan since June 16, 2022, and actively engaging his force in various law enforcement, military, and civic action operations across Baguio City and Northern Luzon. The city government led by Acting Mayor Faustino Olowan with city council members congratulates and commends Cdr. De Leon during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds.
