PBGEN CAYAD (RET.) VISITS PRO CORDILLERA

PBGEN ANDREW D CAYAD (Ret.) visits the Police Regional Office (PRO) Cordillera as the guest of honor and speaker during the Distinguished Visitor Program coinciding with the Traditional Monday Flag Ceremony held at the Multi-Purpose Center, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on January 22, 2024.

During his arrival, PBGEN CAYAD was received by the Chief Regional Staff, PCOL JULIO S LIZARDO, and was welcomed with a traditional Cordilleran dance performed by the PRO Cordillera cultural dancers.

During the event, PBGEN CAYAD, accompanied by the PRO Cordillera Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, led the presentation of awards to eight commendable police officers of PRO Cordillera for their outstanding achievements.

In his message, PBGEN CAYAD reminded the men and women of PRO Cordillera to strive to be vigilant, thorough, and meticulous in gathering and documenting the intelligence that is essential to effective policing.

“I urge every one of you to recommit yourselves to the task of basic intelligence collection. Let us recognize the profound impact that even the smallest pieces of information can have in unraveling criminal activities, identifying trends, and protecting the vulnerable in our society,” PBGEN CAYAD added.
