Turn-over and Assumption of Office Ceremony

In Baguio City, the newly appointed Chiefs of the Baguio City Police Office (CPO) City Mobile Force Company (CMFC) and Tourist Police Unit (TPU) formally assumed their roles following the separate Turnover and Assumption of Office Ceremonies conducted on January 11, 2024.

In the ceremony conducted at the Baguio CPO Kapanalig Hall, PMAJ CZYMEERE NICANOR A VALENCERINA assumed his post as the new Acting Force Commander of CMFC, replacing the outgoing Force Commander, PLTCOL RENNY D LIZARDO.

While in the ceremony held at the Rose Garden in Burnham Park, PMAJ ROGER KURT L PACIFICAR took his post as the new Chief of TPU, replacing the outgoing Chief, PMAJ JEFFREY E SALVADOR.

Both programs were graced by the City Director of Baguio CPO, PCOL FRANCISCO B BULWAYAN, JR, as the administering officer, and were highlighted by the ceremonial turnover of the command symbol, property book, and equipment inventory. (PRO CORDILLERA PIO / File Photos)
