SIX PRO CORDILLERA COPS RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS

PBGEN PATRICK JOSEPH G ALLAN, PRO Cordillera’s Deputy Regional Director for Administration, together with Atty. Julius D. Torres, the Regional Election Director of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)-CAR, led the awarding of PNP Medals to six (6) PRO Cordillera personnel during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Masigasig Grandstand in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on October 16, 2023.

Medalya ng Kasanayan (PNP Efficiency Medal) was awarded to PLTCOL APDILON C GALONG and PCpl Marjorie W Ngitiw of the Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit of Mountain Province Police Provincial Office (PPO) for the successful conduct of Unity Walk, Integrity Pledge, and Covenant Signing to promote a Secure, Accurate, Free and Fair Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2023 held at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Provincial Plaza in Bontoc, Mountain Province on September 29, 2023.

The same award was given to PCMS Ford A Wassig and PMSg Prudencio A Atas of Tabuk City Police Station, Kalinga PPO, for the successful conduct of Unity Walk, Integrity Pledge, Covenant Signing, and Candidate’s Forum to promote a Secure, Accurate, Free and Fair BSKE 2023 held at the People’s Gymnasium in Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City, Kalinga on October 6, 2023.

Meanwhile, Medalya ng Papuri (PNP Commendation Medal) was awarded to PCPT NAPOLEON B LEDCHI and PSSg Louie D Lumiuan of Paracelis Municipal Police Station, Mountain Province PPO, for the successful arrest of a suspect and the confiscation of one (1) caliber 45 pistol Armscor, with an inserted magazine loaded with seven (7) live ammunitions, through a COMELEC Checkpoint along the National Road in Sitio Dagawe, Brgy Poblacion, Paracelis, Mountain Province on August 30, 2023.

Further, a certificate of recognition was given to the Regional Operations Division (ROD), which was received by PCOL JEREMIAS G OYAWON, the Chief of ROD, for being adjudged as the cleanest office of the week from October 9-13, 2023. (PRO CORDILLERA-PIO /File Photos)
