PROCOR WELCOMES MS.  HAMADA DURING THE 28TH PCR MONTH CULMINATION

The Police Regional Office Cordillera ended the monthlong celebration of the 28th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month with a culmination program held at the Multipurpose Gym, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on July 31, 2023.

The ceremony was hosted by PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR., and was graced by Baguio City Mayor Benjamin B Magalong, represented by the Chief of Staff, City Mayors Office, Atty. Samantha Jean C Hamada.

During her arrival, Atty. Hamada was warmly welcomed and received by PLTCOL CAROLINA F LACUATA, the Chief of the Regional Public Information Office (RPIO), and was accorded a traditional welcome dance performed by PROCOR Cultural Dancers.

As the highlight of the ceremony, Atty. Hamada and PBGEN PEREDO, JR led the presentation of PCR awards to PROCOR personnel and units for their notable accomplishments, and plaques of recognition to the LGU and stakeholders for their invaluable support to PROCOR.

In his message read by Atty. Hamada, Mayor Magalong extended his gratitude to PROCOR for their unwavering commitment not just to law enforcement, but to police-community relations, highlighting the essence of the active participation of every member of the community to the police force in creating a safe and thriving Cordillera.

“As we conclude this celebration, let us carry the spirit of unity and cooperation beyond this month. Let us continue to forge stronger ties with our police force, trusting in their commitment to serve us, with honor and integrity.”, Mayor Magalong added.
