Texas City Mayor’s arrival honor.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, city councilors, department heads, employees, and uniformed personnel headed by BCPO City Director PCOL Francisco B. Bulwayan Jr. warmly welcomed Baguio’s sister city, San Antonio, Texas Mayor Ronald Adrian Nirenberg, and delegates to the City of Pines.
