Tabuk CPS Bigtime operation yield 2 arrests, 64 sachets of suspected shabu, Cal. 45 pistol and a carbine

As part of the intensified campaign of Police Regional Office Cordillera against illegal drugs and criminality, Tabuk CPS implemented four search warrants in one day which led to the arrest of two suspects and confiscation of illegal drug paraphernalia, a pistol with ammunitions, and a carbine with ammunitions.

In the report of Kalinga PPO, on February 12, 2021, operatives of Tabuk CPS and members of PDEA implemented two separate Search Warrants (SW) for violation of R.A. 9165 against two suspects. In the residence of Hyker Wacnang Tayab in Tabuk City, 23 pieces of plastic sachets of suspected shabu was found while in the house of Benny Alluyon Aboli, 43 (high-value drug personality), 20 pieces of plastic sachets of suspected shabu was confiscated. The suspects were not present during the implementation of the search warrants.

On the same day, a separate implementation of search warrant in Brgy. Lacnog, Tabuk City, resulted to the arrest of a high-value individual (HVI) drug personality, Ricky Alunday Balway, 30, for violation of RA 9165. As a result of the operation, a total 21 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated value of Php 34,000.00 were confiscated.

While in another operation on the same day, implementation of search warrant by  operatives of Tabuk CPS in the residence of Mr. Aggawoc Dumayom Suyam in Brgy. San Juan, Tabuk City led to his arrest for violation of RA 10591. As the result of the operation, operatives were able to confiscate the following items: one caliber .45 pistol; one US-carbine; assorted magazine for cal .45, carbine, and M16 rifle; and assorted ammunition for cal .45, carbine and M16 rifle.

The suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the custody of Tabuk CPS for documentation and proper disposition. ###
