PROCOR WELCOMES THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

The PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID KANG-OWAN PEREDO, JR., led the men and women of the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PROCOR) in welcoming the Regional Executive Director of the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office Cordillera, Mr. Cameron P Odsey, during his visit in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on July 3, 2023.

As the guest of honor and speaker of the Distinguished Visitor’s Program, Dir. Odsey was received by PCOL BYRON TEGUI-IN, Chief of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD), and was accorded a traditional welcome dance performed by the men and women of PROCOR.

As a highlight of the program, PBGEN PEREDO JR. and Dir. Odsey led the awarding of seven (7) deserving PNP personnel and the winners of the PROCOR Marksmanship Enhancement and Fun Shoot for a Cause held at the Shilan Firing Range in La Trinidad, Benguet, on June 22, 2023.

In his message, Director Odsey emphasized the important role of the PNP in maintaining peace and order, which is critical to sustainable development in the region amidst the challenges of tribal conflicts over boundary disputes.

“I again congratulate the PROCOR for the continued maintenance of Peace and Order in the region; our job in the DA is made easier because of this.
