BAGUIO COPS NAB MAN FOR FRUSTRATED HOMICIDE

A 27 – year-old man was arrested by the personnel of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Kennon Police Station (PS8) in Camp 7, Baguio City on May 15, 2023.

The accused was identified as a construction worker and a resident of Barangay Lawlawitan, Bauko, Mt. Province who has a pending case of Frustrated Homicide.

Regional Trial Court Branch 78 First Judicial Region, Baguio City issued a warrant on May 8, 2023, with recommended PHP100,000 bail for his temporary liberty.

The office of the City Prosecutor of Baguio indicted the construction worker for frustrated homicide due to the sustained severe traumatic brain injury of the victim in a mauling incident
