Street level drug personalities, busted

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet: With its continuous anti-illegal drug operations, another two drug personalities were arrested by the operatives of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) in a buy-bust operation conducted in Dizon Subdivision in Baguio City, Monday afternoon, February 8, 2021.

According to the City Director of Baguio CPO, PCOL ALLEN RAE F CO, operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) were able to arrest Marloui Almonte Llanera, 31 years old, and Jimboy Senal Tanay, 28 years old, after they sold two sachets of suspected shabu to the anti-illegal drug operative who acted poseur-buyer.

Both Llanera and Tanay were listed as Street Level Individual (SLI) drug personalities.

As the result of the operation, anti-drug operatives were able to confiscate two plastic sachets of suspected shabu with the estimated weight of 10 grams and with Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of Php 28,000.00.

The marking and on-site inventory of the confiscated pieces of evidence were conducted in the presence of the arrested suspects and witnessed by Prosecutor Ruth Bernabe, Kagawad William Haights, & Mr. Dionisio Dennis of DZWT Radio Station.

Just last Saturday, a high-value target drug personality and two students, one of which is a minor, were arrested in a law enforcement operation in Sto. Tomas Barangay, Baguio City.
