Groundbreaking of the ‘Pabahay Handog Program’ of Abra Police Provincial Office
Another indigent family will benefit from the ‘Pabahay Handog Program’ of the Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO) following the Groundbreaking Ceremony held in Tayum, Abra on May 3, 2023.
The recipient of the said project is Mrs. Roselyn Siobal, a 33-year-old single mother with three children and a resident of Sitio Mondoc, Brgy. Cabaroan, Tayum, Abra.
The said ceremony was graced by PLTCOL ALLAN B GUYGUYON, the Deputy Provincial Director for Administration (DPDA) of Abra PPO, and was attended by PMAJ DANIEL PEL-EY, Chief of the Provincial Community Affairs Development Unit (PCADU); PMAJ ALLAN GLENN DARIA, Acting Chief of Police of Tayum MPS; Sangguniang Bayan (SB) Member Hon. Agustin Barbieto; Pastor Gerard Bigornia of 1st Bible Baptist Church; Municipal Engr. Mr. Ar-bi Arciaga; and Brgy. Kagawad Ronilo Gandeza.
As the highlight of the activity, PLTCOL GUYGUYON led the laying of the time capsule, which signifies the beginning of the construction of the new Pabahay Project.
