CBAO COMMENDED

The City Buildings and Architecture Office was commended by the city government led by Mayor Benjamin Magalong with Congressman Marquez Go, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan with members of the city council for the indigenous concept and execution of the Float during the Panagbenga Float Parade held on February 26, 2023, which symbolizes rebirth and transformation.

The float is approximately seven meters long that features the Phoenix dubbed the “Rising Phoenix,” symbolizing the rebirth and transformation of the city of Baguio and its ascension from the adversities and challenges brought about by the pandemic and uncertainties.
