APC-NL PLTGEN FELIPE NATIVIDAD presides the turn-over ceremony

LAZARO.  Commander Area Police Command -Northern Luzon PLTGEN FELIPE R. NATIVIDAD as Presiding Officer hosted with Outgoing Regional Director PROCOR PBGEN MAFELINO A. BAZAR.

PLTGEN NATIVIDAD gave the awards to the Outgoing Regional Director PBGEN BAZAR following the Remarks and Relinquishment of Office and the Assumption of Office by PBGEN DAVID K. PEREDO.

Outgoing RD PBGEN BAZAR passed the Symbol of Authority and the Office Property and Equipment Inventory Book to Presiding Officer PLTGEN NATIVIDAD and he gave it to incoming RD PBGEN PEREDO to manage and lead the Police Regional Office – Cordillera.

PBGEN PEREDO, JR. is a proud member of the PNPA “TAGAPAGPATUPAD” Class of 1992 who replaced PBGEN BAZAR who served as the PROCOR Regional Director for more than seven (7) months and will now assume as the Acting Deputy Commander of the Area Police Command-Northern Luzon (APC-NL)

Prior to his assignment, PBGEN PEREDO served as the Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA) of the Police Regional Office 5. He also once served as PROCOR Chief Regional Staff (CRS).

PLTGEN NATIVIDAD read the message of the Chief, PNP, PGEN RODOLFO AZURIN JR., wherein he congratulated PBGEN MAFELINO A BAZAR for doing an excellent job in keeping the peace and order situation under control in the six provinces and the city of Baguio that compose PRO Cordillera.

In a message of PROCOR RD PBGEN PEREDO JR., “Under my watch, I will also direct the unit commanders to expand and increase police visibility in order to preempt, control, and solved crimes in our region.

“Let us leave no stone unturned in our quest to build a safer place for us to live, work and do business.

“We shall endeavor to move our police services closer to the community to fit with their needs and demands in terms of public security,”
