INTERNATIONAL DAY OF ACTION FOR RIVERS AND AGAINST DAMS

On the occasion of the International Day of Action for Rivers and Against Dams, dam-affected communities from Kalinga and Apayao will gather for an ocular visit and learning exchange on the impacts of destructive dam projects. The event will be held on March 13-14, 2023, in the municipality of Bokod (for the ocular visit and community exchange) and in Baguio City. The line-up of activities is as follows:

MARCH 13 (Bokod): Community Learning Exchange

MARCH 14 (Baguio City):

9 AM: Trooping to NCIP CAR Office (Baguio City) and filing of petitions and complaints from Saltan Dam-affected communities
