Sa mensahe ni Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, “We are honored to showcase the talents and creativity of some truly remarkable individuals. Each artist featured in this exhibit has been diagnosed with autism, and their works reflect the unique perspectives and experiences that come with this condition.

“As we walk through the gallery, we will see a wide range of mediums and styles on display, but what they all have in common is a deep sense of passion and emotion that is evident in each and every artwork,”

“It is important to remember that autism is a spectrum, and every individual with autism is unique.

This exhibit is a testament to the diversity of perspectives that can come from this diagnosis, and we hope it will serve as an inspiration to all of us to see the world in new and different ways.

We hope that this exhibit will inspire conversation and raise awareness about autism, and it will encourage us all to be more inclusive and understanding of those who live with this condition. By appreciating the art and talents of individuals with autism, we can help to break down stereotypes and misconceptions and create a more accepting and supportive society for all,”

“It is also important to remember that these works are not only a product of the artist’s unique perspective but also a result of their perseverance and hard work. These artists are not only embracing their diagnosis but also turning it into something beautiful and something to be proud of.”

“I invite you all to take a moment to appreciate the incredible talent and creativity that is on display. Let us be reminded of the beauty that can come from different perspectives, and let us support these artists as they continue to share their unique visions with us,”

We are so thankful for the continued support of the SM City Baguio, the City Government of Baguio, PDAO, Faculty, and Staff of St. John Paul Learning Center, and also the presence and support of the Baguio Session Lions Club, International headed by President Agnes Montoya, Board of Trustees of St. John Paul II Learning Center and PTA Officers, “ani Garma

Ipinaliwanag naman ni Former DOH Undersecretary Dr. Myrna Cabotaje ang PWD Autism Spectrum.

“Ang medical term ng Autism ay Autism Spectrum Disorder it is a very wide range of a developmental disability, maituturing natin na delayed ang development ng bata, meron mild, moderate at may severe, ang nakikita sa kanila ay social communication interaction, hindi sila marunong makipag usap kung minsan may mga sintomas nakatitig lang sa isang lugar, repetitive, yun paulit ulit na pagkilos at mahirap makausap, kaya ang importante ay ma diagnose ito at importante ay matulungan sila, because iba-iba ang ways ng learning, kaya pasalamat tayo may mga school na ganito tulad ng St. John Paul II Learning Center and other special schools to cater individually to these children’s needs, so lahat sila ay may spectrum of autism meron yun mild lang, meron rin yun hyper active, distractive at aggressive iba-ibang emotion yan, kaya kailangan ay ma diagnose lang mabuti at matulungan natin kailangan lang natin intindihin sila at higit sa lahat ay ang mahabang pasensiya ng magulang, caregivers para mapabuti ang kanilang quality of life,” pagtatapos ni Dr. Cabotaje.
