Outstanding athletes

(Top photo) The city government congratulates Hans Tingal Lubguban for outstandingly representing Baguio City in the 2021 & 2022 China-ASEAN Tai Ji Quan Online Competition; The Sports for All Online Games;  The Global 2022 Tai Ji Quan Virtual Competition; and the 13th Baguio National Invitation Wushu Championship where he placed first in all competitions.
