PROCOR joins the “Women in Law Enforcement Conference 2022”

The Police Regional Office Cordillera participated in the “Women in Law Enforcement Conference 2022” held in City Light Hotel, Baguio City from October 12-14, 2022.
The said program with the theme “Resilient Leadership in the New Normal” were facilitated by PLTCOL KIMBERLY MOLITAS, Assistant Chief of the PNP Liaison Officer for the Office of the President, and Ms. Khristine Molitas, Vice Chairperson of the Battalion Advisory Group for Police Transformation & Development (BAGPTD) of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15), and was sponsored by the Hanns Seidel Foundation.
The workshop was attended by personnel from the different units of PROCOR and Regional Support Units wherein they have undergone a series of lectures that aims to promote the Resilient Leadership of women in the new normal and strengthen the community with empowered women.
PLTCOL RUEL D TAGEL, Officer-in-Charge of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15), welcomed the participants during the first day of the conference.
“I hope that you will be able to enhance the ability to sustain your energy level at work, perform your sworn duties under pressure and cope with disruptive changes and adapt to the new normal.” PLTCOL TAGEL said.
