Photo Opportunity with the Resource Speakers and Media

The Philippine Statistics Authority – CAR headed by Regional Director Villafe A. Alibuyog conducted a  Regional Dissemination and seminar for the media to discuss the poverty statistics, particularly in Cordillera Region.

Mechelle  M. Viernes – Chief Statistical Specialist explained the Highlight of the 2021 Family Income and Expenditure Survey (FIES), Aldrin Federico R. Bahit Jr. presented visually and it revealed the situation of the 2021 Full Year Official Poverty Statistics of CAR, Stephanie F. Cristiansen – Assistant Regional Director NEDA-CAR also shared NEDA-CAR’s statement on the 2021 CAR poverty incidence and also Ms. Maria Fe W. Kimmayong – Planning Officer II, DSWD-CAR, delivered the message from the ARD specifically about the accelerators on the achievement and improvement in the poverty statistics by implementing program projects and services that will alleviate poverty as to continue to provide assistance to local government, NGOs, National Government Agencies, People organizations, and other members of civil society.  Held at the Paragon Hotel, Baguio City on September 30, 2022.  Contributed Photo Maris MC
